Pit stop
Time & place:
2025
Target group:
We recommend the pit stop to committed Christians (diaconia, intercultural employees, pastoral workers, employees of the Christian community).
Description:
Perhaps you have already studied God’s Word a lot, faced your past and experienced God in your calling. Yet you long for more, for something new and for a deeper relationship with God.
We take time to get to know God’s name and character in the original text on a deeper level and in context. In the workshops, we focus on experiencing biblical truths in a practical way so that they can be put into practice in everyday life.
Individual and group discussions accompany your process.
You can find more information here.

Membercare training courses at AWM Korntal
Intercultural workers are valuable employees of missionary societies and churches. They invest a lot, are involved in a very demanding and important ministry and need holistic support and appreciation. An organization or church that sends out employees takes responsibility for accompanying and strengthening them, promoting growth and thus laying the foundation for a healthy and sustainable ministry.
Membercare deals with precisely this question: What can holistic care for employees in mission / intercultural service look like?
This further training helps to enable those responsible in Membercare to develop a reflective concept for their work. The training course has a modular structure.
