Who we are

The Membercare Network (MCN) Switzerland is a working group of AEM Switzerland. It was founded at the beginning of 1999 and is made up of five to seven representatives from various Swiss missionary organizations. MCN Switzerland is in good contact with Member Care Europe and Member Care Partner Germany and works on the basis of the SEA.

Mission Statement

As MCN, our goal is to support AEM member organizations so that their employees and children are adequately cared for in preparation, in the country of assignment and in the return process, so that they can carry out their service holistically (body, soul, spirit).

Mode of operation

MCN Switzerland sees itself as a coordinating hub for services, a contact point for specialists and experts, as well as an information point for resources on the subject of membercare.

Placement of specialists

The MCN maintains a list of specialists who are happy to make themselves available to intercultural employees on request. The respective financial conditions are discussed with the specialist themselves.

Trauma counseling
Life coach, life and social counselor
Burnout prevention coach
Psychologists
Psychiatrists
Psychotherapists
Specialists in various fields
ADHD coach
Supervision
Mediation
Family counselor, family coach
Intercultural coach

Personal advice & help for the team

Employees of the MCN and the missionary organizations are available if advice, guidance, coaching, release or other support is required. If necessary, you will be supported by experienced external specialists.
